fried strings/Chinese fish and chips
in the China,we have our fish and chips.we prick foods on bamboo sticks and deep fried in oil.the cooking method is similar with the fish and chips.
let's talk about our fried strings.
the menu is enrich.let me show u the menu.
Menu:
fried beef : 20RMB/ 1 handle
fried mutton: 18RMB/ 1 handle
fried chicken wing 12 RMB/1 piece
fried cheese: 8RMB/1 piece
fried shrimps: 8RMB/ 1 piece
fried squid: 12RMB/1 piece
fried Doufu: 10RMB/ 1 box
......
this fried strings shop/store is mini. one shopwindow only,volume is around 150H x 110w.it shows foods with lights inside.the shopwindow r seperated into 3 layers.it may have 5 trays in a layer each.foods r showed in trays ,that has B dressed and seasoned.they r raw.
besides the shopwindow,it has a cashier with menu.
inside shop,it has a kitchen,refridger,deep frying machine,tap,water,working counter,seasonings...
when guests order the foods,they have to wait 3- 5 mins. chef will deep fried foods and seasoned them again on a tray.sorry,fried them one handle by one handle always. then,put the well done fried strings onto another tray that has mixed chilii powder,pepper powder inside. the fried strings have B seasoned twice before serve.
they pack the fried foods in a paper cup always.
ofcoz,the store offers drinks,even if beer.
some fried strings shop is expensive more than the menu i offer u here.
do u think the foods r similar with the fish and chips ?have u tried it before?

if u knew how to cook the fish and chips.the Chinese fried strings r simpler for u.just bamboo sticks in addition.
foods on stick for deep fry,called: fried strings.
foods on sticks for grill r called: grill strings.
foods on sticks for boil r called:boil strings/ 麻辣烫hot spicy dumb.
u don't have to think all foods r cooked in sticks in the China.

Crab law

当我走出家门，看到的一切是那么得陌生，一棵棵行道树在水色的水泥地里十分突兀，设计师精心打造的娇花衬着黑色的柏油路，真当是应景啊!一幢幢高耸的建筑如雨后春笋般冒出，却被成片的树木所包围。
